On Wednesday, 24th June 2026, GYIN Gambia hosted a landmark meeting with Pinal Global, marking the beginning of a promising partnership dedicated to youth empowerment, education, and community development across The Gambia.
The gathering brought together leaders from both organizations to explore opportunities for collaboration and long-term impact. Discussions focused on how their combined efforts could strengthen initiatives in entrepreneurship, agribusiness, ICT, coaching and mentoring, and peace building.
Ousman Njie, General Manager of Pinal Global, expressed his appreciation for the warm welcome and commended GYIN Gambia’s outstanding work: “GYIN Gambia’s programs in entrepreneurship, agribusiness, ICT, and peace building are truly inspiring. At Pinal Global, we believe partnership is key, and together we can amplify our outreach, especially in schools and communities.”

I encourage you to continue the great and good work you are doing.”
Representing GYIN Gambia, Executive Director Mamadou Edrisa Njie welcomed the initiative and reaffirmed the organization’s openness to collaboration: “Partnerships are the fuel for greater impact. He noted that GYIN Gambia’s grassroots efforts in youth empowerment and peace building, when combined with Pinal Global’s educational outreach and community engagement, create a powerful synergy capable of transforming lives and expanding opportunities across The Gambia.
The meeting was also attended by Mrs. Ida LB Ceesay, Business Development Officer, and Ms. Tida Gibba, Program Assistant, underscoring the collective commitment of both organizations to building a future rooted in cooperation.
