GYIN Gambia Chapter, in partnership with Doorways gGmbH, proudly announces the successful completion of the ten-week Personal Initiative (PI) Training by Ms. Fatim Gaye. This accomplishment underscores her resilience, leadership, and commitment to personal growth, making her a shining example of the transformative power of initiative.
The PI Training, led by Ida L.B. Ceesay, equips young Gambians with entrepreneurial skills, self-starting behaviors, and future-oriented thinking. Over ten weeks, participants engaged in intensive sessions designed to foster creativity, problem-solving, and barrier-breaking strategies. Ms. Gaye distinguished herself by fully embracing these principles, demonstrating the qualities of a future leader.

- Participants: 30 youths from the West Coast Region, divided into 3 cohorts
