Since the end of September 2025, Lamin Fatty began his journey in program management, followed by his active participation in the Local Cohesion and Cooperation Approach (LCCA) Technical Working Group (TWG) workshops from October through May. As a TWG CRR, he engaged in meetings with schools and contributed to coordination efforts that ensured the success of TWG activities.

Over the course of eight months, Lamin’s involvement reflected resilience, teamwork, and dedication. The TWG’s achievements were realized through pooled resources from partner institutions and organizations, proving that collaboration can deliver meaningful impact even without external funding.

The TWG’s accomplishments stand as proof that collaboration can drive meaningful change even in resource-constrained environments. Lamin’s journey highlights the strength of collective effort, showing how individual commitment within a group can reinforce the ecosystem and ensure lasting results for the CRR region.

From workshops to school meetings, Lamin Fatty has demonstrated that true change is driven by dedication and cooperation. His story is not just about one man’s journey—it is about the power of unity in shaping a stronger future for CRR.
