Senegambia, The Gambia – September 20, 2024 – The Global Youth Innovation Network (GYIN) Gambia Chapter and its partner – Doorways gGmbH on Friday, 20th September 2024 celebrated the certification of 7 trainers who successfully completed week one of the Trade Facilitation West Africa Program: Small-Scale Cross-Border Trade.
The project, which is funded by Trade Facilitation West Africa (TFWA), is implemented and coordinated by GYIN Gambia in partnership with Doorways gGmbH.
The certificates were signed by the Master trainers for the ToT – Agbekoh Kwassi Lebe from TWFA & World Bank Group, Dr. Carina Bahlayer, Co-founder, Doorways gGmbH and Mamadou Edrisa Njie, Executive Director of GYIN Gambia Chapter.
The certificates were presented and awarded by – Agbekoh Kwassi Lebe from TWFA & World Bank Group, Dr. Carina Bahlayer, Co-founder, Doorways gGmbH and Ida LB. Ceesay, Business Development Officer cum Logistics Expert of the TFWA Project.
The ToT workshop is currently taking place at the Senegambia Beach Hotel.
The trainers were selected out of 60 applicants during a call for Expression of Interest.
