As part of our Human Capacity Development (HCD) measures, ZME Gambia is organising a five-day training for staff of our partner structures operating at the decentralised level in two pilot regions:
📍Region 1: Central River Region (CRR) & Upper River Region (URR).
📍Region 2: Lower River Region (LRR) & North Bank Region (NBR).
This training aims to strengthen decentralised service provision by supporting and enhancing existing structures, building the technical capacities of partner organisations, promoting local cohesion and cooperation initiatives, and fostering greater financial sustainability.

🌀Examples of project management requirements from clients and donors (e.g. project proposals, reporting, and M&E obligations).
